Join Our Team as an Associate Director of Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our Home Health team in Greenville, SC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of our office, including budgeting, fiscal management, and recruiting, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and operations of the office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by your staff, ensuring client satisfaction and adequate staff education, training, and evaluation.
  • Mentor and support your team, growing your office by staying abreast of industry and community trends and referral opportunities.
  • Apply your entrepreneurial and relationship-building skills to lead a caring, professional team that provides the highest quality care to our clients and the community.
  • Build a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional client care and customer service.
  • Plan, budget, and manage fiscal operations.
  • Develop and execute a recruitment plan to attract top talent.
  • Monitor quality and appropriateness of services provided, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years of Home Health experience required.
  • Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in the healthcare industry, previous home care management experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results.
  • Proven interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills.
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office.
  • Effective communication skills, especially in regard to networking with the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies.
