We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Four Entertainment Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead the service team and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality products and services to our guests
• Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff training, and customer relations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, payroll, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
**Requirements**
• 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service, high-volume concept
• Proven leadership skills, with a focus on customer service and team development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and composure in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of inventory management, payroll, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field
• Industry certifications, such as ServSafe, preferred
