**Requirements**

• 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full-service, high-volume concept

• Proven leadership skills, with a focus on customer service and team development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management

• Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and composure in fast-paced environments

• Knowledge of inventory management, payroll, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
