JOB OVERVIEW


The Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team at JobRialto is in search of a Technical Lead to engage in development initiatives across various Salesforce platforms.

Independently construct and unit test components while collaborating with Development and Quality Assurance teams to address code and configuration-related issues.

Lead a development team, offering guidance and mentorship as necessary.


Direct the development team to explore and document findings for new Salesforce functionalities or assess existing platform-related challenges.

Spearhead Proof of Concepts alongside architects to evaluate and document innovative designs, integrations, patterns, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:


Exhibit leadership and demonstrate expertise in fundamental Salesforce capabilities, including: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), flows, triggers, intricate formulas, workflows, and security protocols.


Engage in agile methodologies and ceremonies through scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement, daily status updates, and code reviews while providing leadership to team members.

Contribute to enhancements in DevOps processes (pipelines, monitoring, test automation).

Possess a solid understanding of enterprise cross-system integration concepts, such as event processing and API interactions.


Conduct evaluations of products and solutions - encompassing Salesforce capabilities and third-party vendor offerings - for the domain by creating prototypes and Proof of Concepts to clarify and design towards business objectives.

Design, document, and develop development patterns and best practices for use by the COE technical delivery organization.

Mentor technical delivery personnel.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree


A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible technical and business experience in developing enterprise-level applications, including full-stack development experience.

At least 2-3 years in a scrum team environment

Strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (both verbal and written) are crucial for the success of this candidate.

Comprehensive knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products and robust data modeling experience.

Expertise in branching and code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repositories.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certifications such as, but not limited to: Administrator, Platform Developer (1 and 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is highly preferred

Experience in evaluating, deploying, and upgrading Salesforce managed packages is highly preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc.)

Experience with other Salesforce products like MuleSoft and Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous

Education: Bachelor's Degree
