Job Summary

Velocity Innovations is seeking a skilled Construction Site Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our construction sites.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily access controls and locking procedures to secure the construction site
• Accompany heavy transport vehicles on the construction site until they reach their unloading destination
• Ensure the general security of the construction site and its objects
• Nationwide surveillance of construction sites for wind turbines (wind parks)
• Ensure safety and compliance with security regulations
• Secure the construction site from unauthorized access


Requirements

• Possession of the §34a GewO certification or higher qualification
• Valid driver's license (Class 3 or B) to travel to hotels/vacation rentals at the work location and from there to the construction site
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
