We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual with expertise in surgical nursing to join our team as a Charge Nurse in Surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless operations on the surgical floor, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

In this role as a Surgical Team Leader, you will oversee daily activities on the surgical unit, fostering a collaborative environment among staff members while promoting evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Leverage your leadership skills to guide a dynamic team of nurses, technicians, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical specialists to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in surgical nursing, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California; BLS certification required.
