Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Millburn, NJ.
The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, exceptional organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to messages, and routing communications
- Process patient paperwork, including checking in patients, collecting copays, and allocating payments
- Maintain accurate records and update EMR/PM system as needed
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning, printing, and faxing documents
- Assist with scheduling and rescheduling patients, as well as fielding billing questions and referring patients to the proper channels
- Stay up-to-date on Spa services and Retail products, and assist patients with redeeming e-commerce gift cards and logging/redeeming patient reward points
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the front desk team
- 1 year of medical office front desk experience required
- OBGYN or UroGYN experience is preferred
- 1 year of office experience required
- Data entry experience is preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills are required
