AWS DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Capco, you will play a key role in driving the strategic transformation of our clients' cloud infrastructure. With a strong background in DevOps principles and practices, you will lead the development of comprehensive DevOps strategies, focusing on automation, operational soundness, and alignment with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement DevOps strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' cloud infrastructure
Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-impact quick wins and strategic tooling for both enterprise and squad levels
Provide leadership and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong track record in large-scale transformations in complex, regulated environments
Deep knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms, and Everything-as-Code
Strong leadership skills with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
