Dairy Pasteurization Specialist

Desi Fresh Foods, a leading dairy manufacturer, is seeking a skilled HTST Operator to join our team in Frederick County, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the HTST pasteurization system to ensure proper heating, holding, and cooling of milk according to established protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor and control the HTST system to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on pasteurized product samples and document any deviations or irregularities.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on HTST equipment and identify major mechanical issues for the maintenance team.
- Follow strict sanitation procedures to ensure cleanliness of the HTST system and surrounding work areas.
- Maintain accurate records of operational parameters, maintenance activities, and quality control tests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience operating HTST pasteurization systems or similar industrial equipment in a food or dairy manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, understanding of pasteurization processes, dairy production, and food safety regulations.
