We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at Confluence Health as a Nurse Care Manager. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and leadership in an ambulatory setting.
Compensation: Up to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleAs a Nurse Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to healthcare teams, ensuring excellent service and quality patient care. You will facilitate patient flow, assist with patient follow-up and education, and serve as a resource for staff regarding patient care problems.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide daily direction and supervision to healthcare teams in the delivery of quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient flow and assist healthcare teams to provide patient care.
- Coordinate patient follow-up and education.
- Serve as a resource and decision-maker for staff regarding patient care problems.
- Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
To be successful in this role, you must have current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Washington or licensure through the Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact. Previous experience in an ambulatory care setting or specialized experience is desirable.
