Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $$94,419, along with a $5,000 Sign On Bonus for external candidates who commit to one year of service.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating and assisting healthcare teams in delivering high-quality patient care. This includes:

  1. Providing leadership and daily direction to the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication among team members.
  2. Coordinating patient flow and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
  3. Ensuring timely follow-up and education for patients, maintaining active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
  4. Participating in staff training and development, serving as a resource and decision-maker for patient care problems.
  5. Maintaining liaison relationships with other healthcare agencies or services to promote coordinated care across the continuum.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN licensure in the state of Washington (RCW 18.88) or licensure through Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (SSB 5499).
Desirable Qualifications

Previous experience in an ambulatory care setting or specialized experience relevant to the department's function is highly desirable.
