Job Title: Plumbing Foreman - Medical Facilities

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman with a minimum of 6 years of experience in new construction of medical facilities. The successful candidate will supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and their related appurtenances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and their related appurtenances
  • Knowledge of plumbing piping systems and related special systems found in hospitals, kitchens, and mechanical rooms
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and knowledge of mathematics, formulas, and design ability of related piping systems
  • Inspect the work site to determine methods of installation, supplies tools, and the level of manpower needed to successfully complete the work
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively the activities of the plumbers to coincide with those of other crafts as required
Requirements:
  • 6 years' field experience specific to medical facilities
  • Minimum OSHA certification 10 hours
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license
  • Flexibility for travel and working overtime/weekends, as required
