Role Expectations

At the heart of CookUnity are our chef-creators. We are seeking a passionate Community Engagement Specialist to cultivate and sustain a vibrant creator community. This position will focus on developing initiatives that support our chefs, enhance their visibility, and promote engagement across our platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for community development, exceptional communication abilities, and a profound understanding of the culinary industry.

Our chef-creator network includes over 130 teams operating in various kitchens across the United States. You will collaborate with the Chef Success team to engage with our creators and customers, fostering a sense of purpose and connection within the community.

We are looking for someone who is deeply committed to creating healthy, inspiring, and inclusive communities in both physical and digital realms. Experience in managing a creator or freelancer community is essential, along with the ability to connect with these audiences, particularly in the culinary context. The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, empathetic, and driven to build connections within a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and execute a community program that aligns with CookUnity's objectives, providing meaningful benefits to participating chefs.
  • Community Engagement: Cultivate a sense of belonging and collaboration among chefs by organizing events, workshops, and online discussions to share insights and best practices.
  • Content Creation: Work with chefs to create compelling content, including blog articles, videos, and social media initiatives that highlight their skills and unique culinary offerings.
  • Partnership Building: Forge partnerships with industry leaders, influencers, and culinary organizations to expand the program's reach and effectiveness.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect community feedback to continuously enhance the program and adapt to the evolving needs of our chefs and consumers.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to assess the program's success and identify opportunities for growth.
