We are seeking a highly skilled Ambulatory Surgery Nurse to join our team at SSM Health. As an Ambulatory Surgery Nurse, you will play a vital role in the care of surgical patients, providing comprehensive nursing services to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

- Provide patient education and support to promote informed decision-making and empowerment

- Participate in ongoing assessments to identify effectiveness of interventions and improve patient care

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate of accredited school of nursing

">

- One year registered nurse experience in ambulatory surgery or related field

">

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
