We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our virtual behavioral health collaborative care program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the assessment and treatment of psychiatric concerns, psychosocial issues, and health behavior change through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually.
- Participate in rounds with psychiatric consultant and care manager to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee referrals to specialty mental health services and support a smooth transition from specialty mental health services to primary care and back.
- Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers across our national network to improve behavioral health skills company-wide.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations to support short-term disability and provide certification of short-term disability.
- Work closely with Virtual Medical Directors, Clinical Operations Team, and National Director of Virtual Behavioral Health Services to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Must be a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or EdD in Psychology) with an active license in Ohio.
- Must have at least 1 year of post-licensure experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy.
- Experience providing a range of brief, goal-directed, and focused clinical services is essential.
- Strong communication and teaching skills are required, as well as the ability to multitask, be flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time.
- Eligibility to be credentialed with our Health System Partner is required.
- Fluency in English is necessary, and virtual psychotherapy experience is preferred.
