Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
