Company Overview

Cielo Projects is in search of an experienced Senior JDE ERP Implementation Manager to spearhead the effective deployment, customization, and integration of our JDE ERP system. This role encompasses the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting through to deployment and ongoing maintenance. As an integral part of the IT team, you will ensure that our JDE ERP system is in harmony with our organizational objectives and enhances our operational efficiency.

Role Responsibilities
  • Craft and oversee detailed project plans for JDE ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
  • Establish project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocations.
  • Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements, outline business processes, and promote user adoption.
  • Configure and tailor the JDE ERP system to fulfill specific business requirements.
  • Oversee integrations of the JDE ERP system with other enterprise applications.
  • Perform comprehensive testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system performance.
  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and deliver training materials for end-users on the JDE ERP system.
  • Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them updated on project status and potential challenges.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and best practices are followed.
  • Stay informed about the latest JDE ERP features, updates, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in JDE ERP project management or a comparable ERP system - REQUIRED
  • Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne or JDE Cloud - REQUIRED
  • Familiarity with JDE tools and methodologies (e.g., JD Edwards Explorer, OneWorld) - REQUIRED
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex IT projects from start to finish.
  • Strong grasp of JDE ERP functionality, configuration, and customization.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Experience in business process analysis and gap analysis.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with SQL scripting.
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
