Job Summary

Stewards of Recovery, LLC is a leading Substance Abuse Treatment Facility seeking highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to programs, personnel, and clients as required by assigned program
  • Offer non-professional services to clients to enhance the quality of service
  • Support and resolve problems for programs, personnel, and the corporation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a harmonious and productive work environment
  • Contribute to the efficiency and fluidity of the assigned program
  • Ensure the safety and supervision of clients and make scheduling arrangements
  • Accurately and honestly document and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of professional cleanliness in working areas
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner, adhering to dress, language, and demeanor standards
  • Protect client confidentiality, uphold professional values, and follow policy and procedure
  • Improve the lives of clients and colleagues, presenting a positive and professional attitude
  • Perform light cleaning and cooking duties
  • Conduct hourly checks on all clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check (paid for by the company)
  • First Aid and TB test required (paid for and provided by the company)
  • Strong boundaries and ethics, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and sober lifestyle
Benefits
  • Hiring bonus of $500.00
  • Competitive hourly rate of $14.00-$15.00
