Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician II to join our team at Sandia Resort & Casino. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and assistance to our employees and guests, ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and guests via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
  • Configure and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support and network administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
