Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team at TN Build Platform, LLC. This role requires a strong background in bookkeeping, administrative support, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bookkeeping support, including accounts receivable duties, financial data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Assist with corporate accounting functions, data entry, and office management tasks.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide customer service and support to vendors, stakeholders, and visitors.
  • Assist with proofreading documents and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work at one of two locations, as needed.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
