Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the decision support system at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, providing critical information to senior leadership for strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data models and databases to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and trends
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Maintain and improve the decision support system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms, such as SAP or Oracle
