About the JobThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $21 - 24/hour, depending on education and experience. Our benefits package includes paid earned time off, paid holidays, additional paid time off, QSEHRA, telehealth/teletherapy, and a Simple Plan IRA retirement with 3% company match. We also provide tuition discounts for employees who enroll their children in our programs.
As a Pre-Primary Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading an active environment of children from 18 months to 3 years old, including supporting staff and special teachers. You will also plan, organize, and maintain the classroom and play spaces, ensuring they are safe and inspiring for our students.

- Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with children, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Montessori training or a willingness to complete Montessori training
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a Montessori setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
