Job Details

This full-time position involves leading an active environment of children from 18 months to 3 years old, including supporting staff and special teachers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to protecting the physical and emotional safety of all children.

The salary for this role is estimated at $22.5 - 26 per hour, dependent on education and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities for toddler students
  • Maintain a safe, inspiring, and well-organized learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure cohesive curriculum delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Montessori credential or training (or willingness to pursue)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
