Salary: $13.50 - $17.50 per hour

To succeed as a service professional at Wizard of Za, you must be a team player, willing to get your hands dirty, and want to create a world-class experience for every guest.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to every guest.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage areas.
  • Maintaining full awareness and knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, assembly, sides, drinks, and seasonal items.
  • Learns to present all Wizard of Za's menu items in a manner that represents our standards and procedures.
  • Shares the Wizard of Za concept + story through the entire guest experience.
  • Maintains Wizard of Za's high-quality food safety standards by adhering to all recipes and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Clear and transparent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instruction and adhere to Wizard of Za's standards + procedures.
  • Integrity + accountability within yourself and towards others.
  • A passion for hospitality + serving while working with unique individuals.
  • Attention to detail + the desire to always do the right thing.
