Clinical Nursing Specialist

At Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Specialist to join our team in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit.
Job Summary:
We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and creating a supportive work environment for our staff.
About the Role:
This is a full-time night shift position working 3-12 hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, conducting assessments, developing plans of care, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve overall quality of care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS certification - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
