- Oversee the manufacturing process for machinery or equipment
- Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
- Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget
- Utilize Finite Element Analysis for product testing and design
- Use Matlab for complex mathematical computations and simulations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis
- Advanced skills in Engineering Design, Project Engineering, and Product Design
- Experience in Finite Element Analysis and Matlab
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proven history of successful project management
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
