    The Production Print Room Lead is accountable to the Manufacturing Manager and plays a crucial role in managing design files, as well as the operation and upkeep of flatbed printers.

    Key Responsibilities
    ? Prepare files for printing
    ? Design layouts for each order to serve as a reference
    ? Operate and maintain flatbed printing equipment
    ? Inspect and clean materials prior to the printing process
    ? Manage inventory of printer room supplies
    ? Coordinate troubleshooting with printer vendors
    ? Schedule technician visits as required
    ? Examine printed materials for defects from printers or vendors

    Required Qualifications
    • Experience in Graphic Design
    • Proficiency in large format flatbed printing
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently
    • Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
    • Adaptable to work across various departments as needed
    • High school diploma or equivalent work experience

    This position offers approximately 16-24 hours of work per week at a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package for associates, which encompasses medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our benefits allow employees to select coverage that aligns with their individual needs. Associates may also qualify for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or other mandated paid leave, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
