Job Summary

The Production Engineering position at Airtech International Inc is a technical expert role that works closely with the Quality and Production departments to support production and process improvement activities. The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert for production on all things process related and will provide hands-on training and guidance to production personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to production personnel on process-related matters
  • Work closely with Quality and Production departments to support production and process improvement activities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge on a diverse range of products
  • Audit production processes and report findings
  • Identify and address production-related concerns
Requirements
  • Combination of formal training and work experience in a relevant technical field
  • Mechanical ability and experience with common manufacturing equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within a defined process workflow
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Science, or other relevant technical degree
  • Experience working in a job shop environment
  • Experience training others in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Laser inspection equipment
  • Experience with 3D printing
