SALARY:
Starting salary at $18 per hour or more, based on experience.
REPORTS TO:
Shift Supervisor, with additional guidance from the Operations Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist customers in fulfilling their needs and objectives.
2. Anticipate the requirements of flight crews and passengers.
3. Collaborate with fellow line service personnel to ensure prompt service delivery.
4. Aid in the fueling of aircraft and provide necessary services (e.g., coffee, ice).
5. Assist in repositioning aircraft as required.
6. Maintain cleanliness of rental cars and support front desk operations.
7. Organize and keep work areas, tow bars, chalks, tugs, etc., tidy.
8. Help in topping off fuel trucks when necessary.
9. Communicate effectively with the next shift for seamless transitions.
10. Participate in the cleaning of line rooms, front lobbies, walkways, and equipment.
11. Ensure the security of customer aircraft and company facilities.
12. Promote understanding of other departments and overall company capabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of aviation experience in a high-volume FBO environment. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also necessary.
Candidates must be able to work in varying weather conditions and lift weights overhead, as well as bend and squat as needed.
Successful candidates will need to pass the FXE AOA class exam and the NATA Safety 1st written practical exams.
