Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Care Aide to join our team of caregivers. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding support
  • Provide light household cleaning and chores, and other daily care required
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and bathroom assistance needs
  • Perform range of motion exercises
  • Transfer clients with the use of mechanical lifting devices

Requirements

  • One year work experience in a related field preferred but not required (paid training provided)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training or one year caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train you
  • Be at least 18 years of age
