We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to become a vital part of our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients in both office and field settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer care to patients who are ill, recovering, or in need of assistance.
- Deliver fundamental patient care and treatment services.
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses to ensure the proper administration of prescribed medications.
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
- Inform and educate patients regarding their medical treatments and care plans.
- Contribute to quality assurance tasks within the office environment (20% of the role).
- Engage in fieldwork to provide patient care (80% of the role).
- Experience in nursing or related medical fields, particularly in Home Health.
- Proficient with medical instruments and equipment.
- Ability to establish rapport and trust with patients.
- Demonstrates a compassionate and caring attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a valid license from an accredited vocational nursing program.
- Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance are required.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
