Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is essential. MA/MSW or RN is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in psychiatric patient care is required.

Licensure/Certification: A valid TN RN license, LCSW, or LPC is preferred.

Knowledge: Candidates must have a solid understanding of psychiatric care, utilization review processes, insurance protocols, and DSM-V. Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.
