Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal and process safety, fostering a robust safety culture while collaborating effectively with the Regenis team and external maintenance contractors.
  • Exhibit initiative and self-motivation in learning and adhering to facility processes, seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and repair control systems and instrumentation.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal and written means across all team levels via daily logs, reports, and other required documentation.
  • Develop and implement isolation plans for maintenance activities (e.g., lockout/tagout) and issue work permits.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to accurately document operational performance.
  • Analyze operational issues by collecting data, interpreting results, and making informed decisions to enhance product quality and equipment reliability.
  • Perform general maintenance on various pumps, motors, and equipment.
  • Monitor and document instrument readings.
  • Change oil and filters on blowers, pumps, and compressors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Drug-free status, including cannabis (must pass drug tests and participate in random testing).
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Availability to work all shifts, including on-call status as required.
  • Preferred experience in electrical, mechanical, and welding fields.
  • Background in dairy farming is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing over 100 lbs.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus.
