About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Procurement Specialist to join our team at Crimson Technologies. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers for project-specific parts, negotiating prices and conditions with our suppliers, processing orders in our ERP system, and maintaining supplier information in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure project-specific parts and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate prices and conditions with suppliers to ensure optimal terms
  • Process orders in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Handle complaints and returns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in project procurement is essential
  • Completion of a commercial or technical apprenticeship is required
  • Familiarity with common Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is necessary
  • Fluency in German at a C1 level and the ability to communicate confidently in English is required
