Job Description:
The Clinical Director for Skilled Nursing Facilities will oversee the team providing services at area Nursing Homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities in southeastern MA.

Clinical Responsibilities:
The physician would carry a panel of patients suitable to their allocated time.

Offer Details:
This opportunity comes with a competitive salary and bonus, base salary for two years followed by wRVU production and quality-based compensation, retirement plan, deferred compensation, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, CME reimbursement, and one week of CME time.

About the Role:
Teaching Hospital seeks a patient-focused, quality-driven Physician as Clinical Director for Skilled Nursing Facilities. The position is 80% clinical and 20% administrative. The ideal candidate will have experience in SNF care, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
