This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced engineers and product divisions on multiple projects related to new product development. You'll have the chance to contribute to human factors engineering efforts, support human factors studies, and gain hands-on experience in product development.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to human factors engineering efforts to support product development projects
- Support human factors studies
- Work directly with full-time engineers and product divisions on multiple projects
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Engineering Psychology, or related field
- Junior standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Motivated self-starter
- Basic knowledge of usability testing methods/tools and human factors standards
- Experience with product development
