Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Customer Needs: Work directly with customers to determine their specialized product needs and services.
  • Suggest Add-on Sales: Suggest additional sales to increase average transactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Price Estimates: Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
  • Keep Customers Informed: Keep customers apprised of work progress and ensure timely completion of services.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
  • Product Knowledge: Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
  • Organization and Follow-up: Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
  • Department Procedures: Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
  • Physical Demands: Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
Compensation

The pay range for this role considers several factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.

Pay Range: $18.90-$22.44 Hourly
