Compensation: $18 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused multi-site leasing consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for connecting with potential residents, identifying their needs, and securing lease agreements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a background in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Generate interest in our communities by highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Communicate effectively with potential residents throughout the leasing process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns and finding solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents to retain and acquire new customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate community events and activities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
