The Position:


You will be primarily responsible for executing floor maintenance cleaning services, window washing, and general custodial tasks in accordance with client and company standards and values; delivering quality workmanship promptly and effectively, ensuring punctuality, safe practices, and compliance with company procedural floor maintenance processes; maintaining floor care equipment; and completing work assignments meticulously to guarantee customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Adhere to and promote all client and Servicon Safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety among team members and utilizing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during work activities.


Demonstrate proficiency in various types of floor maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: stripping and refinishing hard surface floors, carpet care and extraction, and operating specialized floor maintenance equipment.

Execute work assignments as directed and in alignment with Servicon's floor maintenance procedures.


Conduct inspections of assigned areas while performing duties and after completion to ensure all tasks have been executed in accordance with site-specific procedures and the client's Scope of Work (SOW).


Ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked, equipment is clean and functioning properly, and report any malfunctioning equipment promptly.

Monitor inventory and equipment, provide feedback to the direct supervisor, and oversee utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective practices.

Qualifications for Success:
Preferred 2 years of experience in floor maintenance

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Extensive knowledge of floor care products

Familiarity with various hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)

Understanding of carpet cleaning methods (shampooing, extraction, bonneting)

Capability to perform window cleaning and pressure washing tasks

Effective verbal and written communication skills (Spanish is a plus)

Skills in planning, scheduling, and problem-solving

Strong time management abilities

Proven organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and follow up
