These positions are full-time and primarily during the day, with potential overtime required. While training will be provided, prior experience in the industry is essential.Advanced Utility Detection Technicians are tasked with the accurate, safe, and efficient identification of underground utilities.
This involves conducting thorough searches for all underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking their locations, completing necessary documentation, and recording each locate.
This role requires outdoor work in various weather conditions and the use of company-provided technology, including a laptop and smartphone for documentation purposes.

What We Require from You (Our Qualifications):
1 year of experience in gas locating is mandatory.
Must be willing to travel 5-15% of the time, with some positions requiring up to 75% travel.
Able to travel for extended periods, potentially two weeks or more.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions; outdoor experience is preferred.
Ability to work in confined spaces; must be able to walk, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
Proficiency in computer usage is required.
Availability for overtime and some weekends as needed.
Must pass a drug screening (this is a safety-sensitive role).
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
Ability to distinguish colors used for identifying wiring and marking underground utilities.
Effective communication skills are necessary to interact clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
