Patient Advocacy Representative

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in a related field is preferred. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $17.00 and $25.65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
As a Patient Advocacy Representative at CVS Health, you will be responsible for engaging with patients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and resources to help guide patients along a clear path to care.
