Responsibilities
  • Delivers high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessments and collaborative planning with the care team.
  • Develops and implements effective care plans, making referrals to other disciplines as needed.
  • Enhances patient independence through educational interventions and rehabilitative measures.
  • Ensures accurate documentation and communicates patient progress to the care team.
  • Leverages expertise to educate staff and participate in professional development programs.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical setting.
  • RN licensure specific to the state(s) of employment.
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license required.
