Nurse Practitioner

Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. As a Registered Nurse with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and provide health education to patients and families.
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.
