Your Role
As part of our Group Enterprise Technology Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of Europe's leading entertainment brand. Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup and Management:
Take charge of configuring and overseeing high-quality AV systems for live events. Provide on-site technical direction and swiftly address any challenges that arise. - Equipment Maintenance:
Manage the upkeep and servicing of premium AV technology. Conduct regular inspections and updates to ensure optimal performance. - Technical Consultation:
Offer expert advice on advanced AV solutions tailored to client needs. Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry, including proficiency in platforms such as IBM Ustream, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex. - Project Coordination:
Oversee and manage multiple high-profile events, collaborating closely with event organizers and stakeholders to fulfill technical specifications.

Technical Proficiencies
- Deep knowledge of broadcast-quality AV systems, including sound, video, and lighting technologies.
- Experience with AV control systems and live streaming platforms (IBM Ustream, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex).
Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in AV event engineering, particularly in corporate and broadcast-quality settings.
- Leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D) are preferred.
