Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse, Cardiac Cath Lab, Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Manager to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Nevada.
- Current POC Certification within 90 days.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification (or must obtain within 6-months).
- Cath Lab/IR experience required.
- Willing to take call/standby.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required or enrolled in an accredited program within one-year of employment or transfer into supervisory role.
