Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint using advanced techniques and equipment.
  • Mix and tint color to achieve precise matches and finishes.
  • Assess the quality of the finished product and identify and fix any defects or imperfections.
  • Invoice daily and record-keep to provide accurate representation of services rendered to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with client representatives to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in automotive painting and refinishing.
  • Familiarity with automotive paint processes and materials.
  • Body work experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Vocational training or certification in automotive painting or related field is a plus.
