Welcome to Connections for Kids, a leading mental health agency in Maine. We're seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As an integral part of our outpatient services, you'll provide individual and group/family therapy to children, adolescents, and adult clients. Our clinicians work closely with our experienced clinical team, receiving weekly supervision and support, as well as participating in monthly consultations to stay up-to-date on innovative treatments. To qualify, you'll need a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, and be a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-cc or LCSW) or LCPC in the state of Maine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group/family therapy to clients
  • Collaborate with the clinical team for supervision and support
  • Participate in monthly consultations to stay current on best practices
  • Meet the qualifications for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-cc or LCSW) or LCPC in the state of Maine

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $62,000-$70,000 (fully licensed) or $60,000-$63,000 (conditionally licensed) with a $2,000 increase after full licensure
