Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain relationships within the healthcare community while sourcing referrals for Commonwealth Pain & Spine (CP&S), a leading pain management group in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be strategically assigned to communities near our clinics, where they will be responsible for managing their own achievement of key performance indicators, ensuring retention of healthcare community relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create business development initiatives and strategies, including market research to promote our full line of services.
  • Analyze industry trends across assigned communities/territories to monitor potential business impact and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Review KPI reports on community/territory successes and areas requiring development, constantly reviewing activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Strong relationship building, stakeholder management skills, and ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
