What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Participating in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in Washington, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Seattle, WA. The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
