Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll be working on managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or in testing centers.
You'll also be conducting occasional tele-health visits, continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds, and ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
- Conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Requirements:
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in Washington, obtained by your 1Life Healthcare start date
