We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at PeopleShare. As a Building Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing daily repairs and general maintenance in areas of plumbing and electrical, as well as general commercial building repairs, heating, and cooling minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily repairs and general maintenance in areas of plumbing and electrical
  • Conduct general commercial building repairs, including heating and cooling minor repairs
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
  • Good attitude and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company car
  • Ability to manipulate a 30' extension ladder
